Here is a picture that I took during our outing on the Saco River. Some things I learned about our campus environment throughout this semester from taking this course are that we have a lot of different types of birds aside from seagulls and that there are different breeds/types of seagulls here. We also have lots of different types of fungi throughout the wooded areas, and I was able to help clean up the trash on the beach to keep the beach clean and looking nice, this way no trash gets in the water as well as avoid pollution. Since my first post at the beginning of this class I learned to not only appreciate the environments we live in more but also how to help protect them and more about different organisms in the environment.
